As addicted as we are to soft, dreamy cotton, we sometimes find ourselves drifting beyond textiles. Enter modern housewares. For our curated selection, we ventured outside our studio and plucked candle holders, vases, tableware, and décor from indie and far-flung designers that we have a bit of a crush on. Just like our bedding and table linens, their under-the-radar creations are all about design that’s clean, simple, and bold. It ushers vibrancy into your nest, while cutting out the clutter. Just call them home goods to make your home feel good.

The European Connection

A lot of what fills our unique housewares department comes from Europe. You could say we have a soft spot for our friends across the pond; Unison Home co-founders Robert Segal and Alicia Rosauer spent a few years designing at Marimekko in Finland and fell for the minimal, colorful workmanship that’s big over there. We’re sure you’ll flip for the sensibility, too. Just check out U.K. craftsman Matt Pugh’s handmade wooden decorative owls, and Finnish design house Tonfisk’s black carafes and cups.
