When you are ready to checkout, your shopping cart will reflect your total cost of items before tax, or will include tax if you are located in Illinois. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the total cost of your order before tax and on your choice of shipping method. Insurance is included for orders up to $100 before tax.
We ship using UPS Ground for the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. See table below with shipping rates for orders shipped to the continental US. A $30 flat rate plus 10% of order total is charged for orders shipping to AK, HI and PR. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times to continental United States via UPS Ground, allow 1-4 business days after ship date. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories via Ground, allow 5 business days after ship date. See map below for UPS Ground shipping time frames.
Orders shipping to United States P.O. boxes or AFO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail, allow 2-3 business days after ship date. Delivery times for international orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, allow 6-10 business days after ship date.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will not be processed until the following business day. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm CST excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Changes & Cancellations
In order to make a change or cancel your order at unisonhome.com, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of placing your order, by going to our contact page or calling us at 877-492-7960. We cannot make a change or cancel an order on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping exceptions and surcharges apply for items marked oversized. Total shipping costs for orders including oversized items will be calculated per package. Expedited delivery is not available for oversized products and shipping restrictions may apply for delivery on weekends and federal holidays. We are unable to ship furniture, rugs or any item considered oversized to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Additional charges may apply to oversize items and special residential circumstances including remote locations not readily accessible. Additional charges and processing fees may apply for redelivery, refusal of delivery, or change of address requests. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment.
Unison will assist with scheduling replacements once notified. After 30 days from the original delivery, however, Unison will no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages or unreported damages.
Standard Freight Delivery
In-stock oversized merchandise is delivered via freight carrier or UPS standard ground within 7 - 10 business days. Please note that some areas may take longer because of remote location. Deliveries are made to the door and an adult (18 years or older) may be required to accept delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to move the merchandise inside your home or space. Consider upgrading to White Glove service (if available) if you prefer assistance getting merchandise into your home or space by the delivery service.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove freight delivery is available or required for certain products, as marked. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 877-492-7960 for more details on White Glove delivery availability. White Glove deliveries include freight carrier bringing merchandise into your home, placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging.Please note that we do not support any wall mounting, plumbing or electrical wiring that may be required for your product. You will be contacted by our carrier 1-2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. Additional charges may apply to oversize items and special residential circumstances including remote locations not readily accessible.
We welcome international orders. Please send your request, include items and shipping address, using our contact page and we will respond to you the next business day with a quote. Purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for all duties and/or customs imposed on all purchases from unisonhome.com shipped outside the United States in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship all international orders. Please allow 6-10 business days after ship date.
