Handmade in North Carolina by a women-owned and operated business, this light beige runner rug is crafted from 100% wool yarn from the Northeastern US, wrapped around a thick jute core and sewn with 100% cotton thread for a completely biodegradable finished product. Place it in a hallway, alongside a bed or in any other narrow space to add warmth and cushioning underfoot. The thick, durable design holds up well in high-traffic areas of the home and is fully reversible.

- Made of wool sourced from small family farms in the Northeastern US, which is then spun into yarn and braided around a natural jute core for stability, then sewn together with 100% cotton thread.
- Wool is a stain-resistant and durable fiber, the naturally occurring lanolin coating resists stains and spills, while its long staple fibers make the rugs durable and easy to care for.
- The jute is sourced from deadstock, keeping unused materials out of landfills and making a fully circular and biodegradable product.

- Vacuum regularly with a non-rotating brush head attachment; flip and rotate periodically for a more even wear and to minimize natural fading from sunlight.
- For liquid spills, blot with an absorbent light colored towel, then place a dry towel on top of the spill and allow it to wick into it for about 10 minutes.
- If needed, professional cleaning is recommended with natural, wool cleaning products and cool or lukewarm water only.
- Because some of the fibers are undyed and in their natural color state, variations in color can occur.
- The use of rug pads are recommended not only to extend the life of your rug, but also to protect the surface underneath.
- Our 2’ x 8’ rug pad can be cut to fit this oval runner; lay the rug pad under your rug and carefully trace the curved ends with a marker, making sure not to transfer marker onto rug surface or sides; using sharp utility scissors or a utility knife cut slightly inside the drawn lines.
