For non-oversized items, if any merchandise is defective or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with receipt. Items sold at 50%+ off are final sale and non-refundable. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused, unaltered and accompanied by the original unisonhome.com sales receipt. Unison will not accept returns for goods that have been altered, mistreated or mishandled.
Please use your packing slip to notate the reason for your return, or to list which item(s) you are requesting in exchange. All returns can be shipped to our Returns Department at 2000 W Fulton St, F-109, Chicago, IL 60612. Shipping costs for returns or exchange are the responsibility of the sender unless due to an error on the part of Unison. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers or offers certified mail, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Unison merchandise that you purchase from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, Unison merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location. Store location does not accept online returns.
For oversized items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-492-7960 within 5-7 days of your delivery to arrange a return. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment.
Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee for oversized items and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Furthermore, the original shipping cost may not reflect the actual cost of the return shipment particularly if shipped freight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items will be inspected upon return. An additional fee may be applied to items that are not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sale merchandise of 50% or higher cannot be returned. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.
