If any merchandise is defective or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please use your packing slip to notate the reason for your return, or to list which item(s) you are requesting in exchange. All returns can be shipped to our Returns Department at 2000 W Fulton St, F-109, Chicago, IL 60612. If you have misplaced your packing slip you can download our return form here.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original packaging. We will not accept returns that have been altered, mistreated, or mishandled. Items returned in an unacceptable condition or without original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items sold at 50% off or more are final sale and non-refundable. Made to order items, including furniture and rugs, are not eligible for returns.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless due to an error on the part of Unison. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers or offers certified mail, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. If any merchandise is received defective or damaged, please contact email@example.com to discuss return and replacements options.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, and funds to show up in your account if applicable. We will confirm this transaction through email by sending you a copy of your credited receipt, unless another format is requested.
For oversized items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-492-7960 within 5-7 days of your delivery to arrange a return. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment.
Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee for oversized items and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Furthermore, the original shipping cost may not reflect the actual cost of the return shipment particularly if shipped freight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items will be inspected upon return. An additional fee may be applied to items that are not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sale merchandise of 50% or higher cannot be returned. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.
