Standard Returns

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please use the back side of your packing slip to notate the reason for your return. All returns can be shipped to Unison Returns, 5480 North Elston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630. You may also download a return form below. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep. Once your return is processed, the product total will be credited to your original form of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers, as Unison is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in return transit.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed and credit to appear on your original form of payment if applicable. Unison will not accept returns that have been altered, mistreated, or mishandled. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unison will confirm this transaction through email by sending you a copy of your credited receipt, unless another format is requested.

Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to the Unison Customer Experience team immediately upon receipt of your order. Please send photos of the issue to info@unisonhome.com and an associate will be in contact.


Oversized Items

Please contact the Unison Customer Experience team at info@unisonhome.com or call 877-492-7960 to arrange the return of an oversized item. Returns of oversized items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise once it is received and immediately report any issues. Any return shipping costs after a delivery is approved will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping cost may not reflect the actual cost of the return shipment, particularly if shipped via freight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items will be inspected upon return. An additional fee may be applied to items that are not returned in good condition or outside the 30 day policy. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Made-to-order items and special orders cannot be returned.
