About Unison Products
Our collection is made from 100% cotton and is either hand printed or machine printed. Our new products marked organic are made with organic yarns using 100% cotton fiber from organic cotton plants grown under strict guidelines and are SKAL certified. All of our bedding items are Oeko-Tex certified, which means they have been tested for harmful substances and pose no risk whatsoever to health. For more information on Oeko-Tex, please go to http://www.oeko-tex.com or contact us. Due to the nature of cotton, a natural fiber, variations in the fabric may occur, as well as degrees of shrinkage after washing or pressing. Due to the inherent nature of dyes and pigments used for printing, variations in color may occur. Repeat lines or overlaps may be visible and are merely a characteristic of the screen print process.
Ordering & Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions will be processed upon confirmation of stock availability, when your order is placed. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
All prices are subject to change. All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. If an item is on back order we will notify you immediately.
If a price adjustment has been made within 7 days of your purchase, we will honor the new price and reimburse you for the difference. Please notify our Sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your date of purchase and the last five digits of your order number.
Unison will collect 10.25% sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Illinois. The rate of sales tax applicable to all merchandise shipped to locations within Illinois will be the rate applicable in Chicago, Illinois at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
If any merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with receipt.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused, unaltered and accompanied by the original unisonhome.com sales receipt. Unison will not accept returns for goods that have been altered, mistreated or mishandled. Please use your packing slip to notate the reason for your return, or to list which item(s) you are requesting in exchange. All returns can be shipped to our Returns Department at 2000 W Fulton St, F-109, Chicago, IL 60612.
Shipping costs for returns or exchange are the responsibility of the sender unless due to an error on the part of Unison. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers or offers certified mail, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Items sold at 50% off or more are final sale and non-refundable.
Unison merchandise that you purchase from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, Unison merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
Shipping exceptions and surcharges apply for items marked oversized. Total shipping costs for orders including oversized items will be calculated per package. Expedited delivery is not available for oversized products and shipping restrictions may apply for delivery on weekends and federal holidays. We are unable to ship furniture, rugs or any item considered oversized to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Additional charges may apply to oversize items and special residential circumstances including remote locations not readily accessible. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Unison will assist with scheduling replacements once notified. After 30 days from the original delivery, however, Unison will no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages or unreported damages.
Changes & Cancellations
In order to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of placing your order, by calling us or using our contact page. We cannot make a change or cancel an order on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.
Unison offers a 20% discount to the Trade. If you would like to set up a trade account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of your business, a copy of your State Professional License and/or a copy of your Resale Certificate. Once your information is submitted, please allow 1-3 business days for a sales associate to assist you with your order. All trade orders will require credit card payment and can be exchanged or returned within 10 business days of receipt. No returns are accepted for custom projects.

Due to the inherent nature of fabric and dyes, variations in Unison's cotton products and subsequent printed colors are not considered defects and will slightly vary. Unison guarantees workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. No returns for repair will be accepted without preliminary written correspondence authorizing the return. All shipping charges related to the repairs will be the responsibility of the customer. Guarantee does not include failures resulting from a) accident, disaster, neglect, abuse, misuse, improper handling or storage or b) alterations, modifications or repairs by customer or third parties.
