Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
We ship via UPS Ground for most orders to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. See table below with shipping rates for orders shipped to the continental US. A $30 flat rate plus 20% of order total is charged for orders shipping to AK, HI and US Territories, these locations are also ineligible for free shipping promotions. Unison does not ship orders to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or third-party receiving warehouses, an alternative physical address will be required to ship these orders via UPS. Please contact us at info@unisonhome.com for more information on our shipping policies.
When you are ready to checkout, your shopping cart will reflect your total cost of items before shipping and tax. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the total cost of your order before tax and on your choice of shipping method. When applicable, sales tax is collected on the shipping amount. Signature is required for delivery on orders over $1,000.

Standard Delivery Time Frame
We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Please allow 1-4 business days after ship date for deliveries to the continental United States via UPS Ground. Allow 5 business days after ship date for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and remote locations. Final delivery date may be subject to carrier service availability depending on location. Orders shipping to AFO/FPO addresses will ship via UPS SurePost, please allow 3-7 business days after ship date for delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will not be processed until the following business day. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Tracking Information
When we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order via www.ups.com. If you have questions about your order, use our contact page or call us toll free at 877-492-7960. Additional charges and processing fees may apply for redelivery, refusal of delivery, or change of address requests. Shipments reported as missing, more than 30 days from time of tracking information made available, are not eligible for a replacement. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or otherwise not delivered, please contact Unison immediately for assistance.
Carbon Neutral
Unison ships all standard orders via the UPS Carbon Neutral program. This initiative offsets emissions by supporting projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction. Learn more about the program at www.ups.com
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for all orders within 40 miles of our Chicago warehouse and showroom. Select Free Local Pickup as your shipping method at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our Customer Experience team will contact you to schedule a pickup day and time at 5480 North Elston, Chicago, IL 60630. Pickup is available 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
Customers are required to present identification and/or verification of credit card used for the order at pickup. Local Pickup orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of placing the order unless otherwise confirmed. Most orders are processed and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for oversized items to be processed and prepared for pickup.
Oversized Delivery
Shipping exceptions and additional fees apply for items marked oversized. Total shipping costs for orders including oversized items will be calculated per package. Please note that while freight shipments are typically delivered within 10 business days of pickup, that timeframe may vary and is dictated by the designated freight carrier. Expedited delivery is not available for oversized products and shipping restrictions may apply for delivery on weekends and federal holidays. We are unable to ship furniture, rugs or any item considered oversized to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, or International. Additional charges may apply to oversize items and special residential circumstances including remote locations not readily accessible. Additional charges and processing fees may apply for redelivery, refusal of delivery or change of address requests. Storage fees may apply if the shipment is not accepted within the available delivery window provided by our freight carrier. The customer is responsible for verifying the item can be delivered through the desired building entry point and can fit in the room of choice. Oversized items must be immediately inspected before the freight carrier leaves with packing material. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Any return shipping costs after delivery approval will be the responsibility of the sender.
Unlimited Flat-Rate Shipping on Furniture
Bundle multiple pieces from our collection for noticeable savings on shipping and delivery by qualifying for one unlimited flat-rate shipping fee within the continental United States. Plus add any other Unison products to your order at no additional shipping cost. Must purchase at least one Oversized item to qualify. See price chart below.

Chicago - Free Local Furniture Delivery
We are proud to offer free local delivery for all oversized furniture orders within 40 miles of our Chicago warehouse. We also offer free local pick-up, see above for more details.
Basic Freight Delivery
Most in-stock oversized merchandise delivered via freight carrier or UPS standard ground ships within 5 business days. Delivery timeframes will vary based on the item ordered and shipping destination. Please note that some areas may take longer because of remote location. Deliveries are made to the door and an adult (18 years or older) may be required to accept delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to move the merchandise inside your home or space. Consider upgrading to White Glove service (if available) if you prefer assistance getting merchandise into your home or space by the delivery service.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove freight delivery is available or required for certain products, as marked. Please contact us at info@unisonhome.com or call 877-492-7960 for more details on White Glove delivery availability. White Glove deliveries include freight carrier bringing merchandise into your home, placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging. Please note that we do not support any wall mounting, plumbing or electrical wiring that may be required for your product. You will be contacted by our carrier 1-2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. Additional charges may apply to oversize items and special residential circumstances including remote locations not readily accessible. White Glove delivery not available in all areas.
Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined. Unless otherwise noted, all free shipping promotions on unisonhome.com exclude furniture, rugs, and items marked oversized. Free shipping promotions exclude orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and internationally. Free shipping on furniture promotions include base shipping charges only and excludes white glove delivery. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Changes & Cancellations
In order to make a change or cancel your order at unisonhome.com, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of placing your order, by going to our contact page or calling us at 877-492-7960. We cannot make a change or cancel an order on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.
International Shipping
We welcome international orders. Please use our contact form to specify the items your would like to purchase and the shipping address on the order. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a quote. Purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for all duties and/or customs imposed on all purchases from unisonhome.com shipped outside the United States in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use UPS to ship all international orders. Please allow 6-10 business days after ship date for delivery. We are unable to ship furniture, rugs or any item considered oversized internationally. International orders are ineligible for promotional offers.
