The center tube helps deep cakes bake faster, and the fluted sides add a decorative, sculpted shape to cakes and nut roasts or can be used as a gelatin mold.

- Care Instructions: Dishwasher safe or hand wash, soak in warm soapy water to remove baked-on food, lemon juice can be used for stain removal.

- Not microwave safe; suitable for use on the stovetop or oven up to 530ºF; use an oven mitt or trivet to protect hands and surfaces.
