Standard Returns

For orders placed before 4/1/2026, items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to accept returns after the 30 days have passed, and are unable to make exceptions to this timeline. Please use the back side of your packing slip to notate the reason for your return. All returns can be shipped to Unison Returns, 5480 North Elston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630. You may also download a return form below. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep. Once your return is processed, the product total will be credited to your original form of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers, as Unison is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in return transit.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed and credit to appear on your original form of payment if applicable.

Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to the Unison Customer Experience team immediately upon receipt of your order. Please send photos of the issue to info@unisonhome.com and an associate will be in contact.


Oversized Items

Please contact the Unison Customer Experience team at info@unisonhome.com or call 877-492-7960 to arrange the return of an oversized item. Returns of oversized items are accepted within 30 days of delivery on orders placed before 4/1/2026. We are not able to accept returns after the 30 days have passed, and are unable to make exceptions to this timeline. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise once it is received and immediately report any issues. Any return shipping costs after a delivery is approved will be the responsibility of the customer.
